MEET ANGIE
Angie Wang has experience in a broad range of business and regulatory matters. She started her law career at O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles where she represented a wide-variety of clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, internal investigations, and general corporate matters. Currently, Angie’s practice includes advising clients on general corporate matters, business transactions and pre-litigation workouts. Angie has significant experience with negotiating and drafting business agreements, managing complex litigation and advising on state and federal healthcare regulatory matters (anti-kickback and self-referral laws, corporate practice of medicine laws, and privacy laws). Prior to practicing law, Angie was a senior associate at KPMG LLP and performed financial statement audits for various startup companies as well as a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company.
